Bought Mitchum Gel Powder fresh Antiperspirant from Checkers Westgate Mall Mitchell’s plain the deodorant is a gel and was already twisted to the top where it wasn’t that much gel left inside the gel did have the silver strip on top so it wasn’t used it was just manufactured like that. I had to remove the applicator and use my fingers to apply the gel to my underarms.

I brought your Mitchum shower deodorant and its not worth the money, it does not keep you fresh, it makes you smell musty, I never buy this product again, but the powder scent works very well, and I caught the shower scent on sale thinking it will work the same, how disappointed I was, and bought 10 boxes, and this deodorant is not cheap, I got gaged. I wish I could return it and get the power scent. Lesson learned never buy the shower scent it does not work….

II have used Mitchum unscented Gel for years. The “New” product packaging is terrible, The top comes off and the product leaks in my travel kit. The lift broke with less than 1/4 of the product used. Unless you restore the quality of the packaging and product, I am using something else made by another company I had the same problem and will also stop using if the problem is not fixed

I have had 2 Mitchem deodorant containers and I could not turn either applicator. What really made me mad was when I called the number on the bottom of the container. All I got was some advertisements. After listing to 5 or 6 of them the thing said the number had changed and they gave me a new number to call. I did and it was the same crap. I hung up. I like the product but will not buy it again unless someone from the company gets a hold of me and tells me why I can’t get a phone number that connects me to a human.

Been using Mitchum for years. Thought I would try “Clinical”. I am 68 years old, lost of osteoarthritis and half way though the container I found I could no longer turn the applicator. It was expensive and I want either a coupon for a new Woman’s deodorant-clinical ONLY if it is in a different form, or a refund on “Clinical”. You address is impossible to find to send this back as proof, but I will telephone on monday

The Mitchum gel not only changed the applicator from the slits to tiny holes, the gel is now too thin and leaks out of the container. We have tried making sure it stays upright, backing it down after each use, and it still pours out of the holes when not in use. We won’t be buying this product again.

I came to this site looking for a way to commend Mitchum in writing and was unable to find an e-mail contact so I will try to kill two birds with one stone.

I am male, retired and now have time to do things like this, that I never had time for while employed. I suggest that your husband quit the solid stick (which indeed has many flaws) and try the gel. The top (under the cover) has been changed from three slits to many tiny pinholes. This makes for more thorough and quicker application as well as far less waste of product.

I am not a big fan of Revlon as a user or investor; however, the single change that I described is the first really “new” thing that I have observed in a long time. We do see “NEW” printed on many labels but I find that the label itself is the only thing that is new…or perhaps the packaging.

Kudos to Mitchum and good luck to your husband.
