  1. I totally agree. They are the worst website ever. I have 3 cards with this company and each month I have to call to make a payment even though I have it set up online. When they are paid for I hope to never have to use them again. I am sure they would be available if they did not receive my payment every month. Unbelievable

  2. As soon as my balance is paid off I’m cutting my card up and canceling my account. Rude representative and they were no help what so ever. If anything she seemed irritated I called. I also have a problem with the fact that the credit card has no grace period for late payments and they are not willing to work with you at all. Will never recommend this card to anyone. I have no clue why they are still in business.

  3. I am having horrible trouble with the website. I applied for a card and it seems I have been approved, but I can not get the information I need (i.e. the full credit card/account number) to login to my account or anything. When I call the provided number it is an automated system and without that number I can’t reach anyone to help me. This is sad… My first experience with this company and it isn’t good.

  4. I talked with customer service and kept being past from one person to another without getting answer to my questions and I finally got sick of this and told them I will no longer make anymore payments on my account. They said they would put a note on my account to that affect and told me to have a nice day. note;I did offer a settlement to close my account but was told they could not do that so now they will get nothing.what is wrong this this company from the phillipinesis they don’t have to even talk to you.cannot not find a email address or talk to anyone from the USA.no wonder they were sued

  5. This truly is the worst credit card company I’ve ever worked with. I guess in hind sight it was my own fault for not reading the fine print where it says that if you don’t have your balance paid off, we’ll charge you all the deferred interest even if you only own $30.00 on that balance. Then, when you try to call, it’s nearly impossible to get a customer service rep. Hint, if you NEED to speak with someone, just keep saying “customer service representative” until it transfers you. But don’t expect any favors, they are rude and deeming. I canceled my card, paid off my balance and would NOT recommend this to anyone!

  6. How does this business stay in business? They are by far the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. They make it impossible to speak with a live person.

  7. I lost my card. The computer lady let me drop that one and get a new one. HOWEVER, I would like to increase the amount and ASK A QUESTION! Is there anyone there who can answer a simple question? I would like to know if there is interest charged for a large medical expense and what that interest would be.
