Cnac Customer Service Issue

March 11, 2016

Cnac, Those that are complaining about not being able to reach Cnac or those asking for call backs are probably not getting your request completed because you are leaving your request in a comments section of a webpage that isn’t even connected to Cnac’s or have an affiliation. If you have an existing loan, contact your loan officer. You’ll actually have to read your mail/paperwork for the contact info even if its just a generic customer service number, they’ll be able to direct you if they are unable to assist. If you catch an attitude from them or unwilling to help, then that’s when you use this comment section. Maybe; if customer service was unwilling to assist with your issue and you used this comment section correctly and wrote about your bad experience, someone new who’s about to get financed through Cnac will see it and choose not to move forward with them. You could help your fellow neighbor make a more informed decision about their financing. Pay it forward, share your good or bad experience so others can get a heads up and make a decision, not just about financing a car but in all things with your life. We can all be friends and help look out for one another instead of seeing who can jack with your neighbor the fastest.

Cnac Disappointing Car Issues

December 30, 2014

Cnac, My car is not even 2 months old. All kinds of mechanical issues. Good luck to anyone who can successfully get through to the service dept. And don’t waste your time with the salesman that sold it to you. Oh and the GM is also pretty much useless. Let’s see if how they feel about arbitration. This piece of junk needs to go back to the dealership.
