  3. Wow, after reading all the very negative comments about your very poor service, as well as having useless crapheads /ragheads from India or where ever as our go to contact , who are totally ignorant to AMERICAN drivers and their situations. (These people ride mop heads,or some four leg animal) so how could they relate. I really will have to reconsider my currant and future enrollment. Although A reply would be desired, based on what reviews I’ve read, I’m not expecting much. What explanation can you possibly give to these complaints, and outsourcing to people that hate AMERICANS, have in the past killed AMERICANS /Canadians and Europeans and will kill more in the future and are a nuclear threat to the world. RETURN THESE JOBS TO THE USA, where when a person needs assistance the contact person will understand the issues and your company can be held accountable. I am so shocked, that AARP, being there to help the older AMERICANS is little more than an EVIL ! MONEY GRABBING, near criminal enterprise.

  4. I applied to renew my roadside sevice which was for $ 76 if paid by check. Information included in the envelope indicated that if I paid with a credit card I would save $5. I thought I had seen a comment on my transmission of the tranaction that the cost was still $76. Please verify by email that my cost will be $71. Thanking you in advance for assistance.

  5. I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND AN EMAIL ADDR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A PHONE # FOR ASSISTANCE. I JUST JOINED ROADSIDE SERVICE MY # I RECEIVED 2 CARDS AS REQUESTED. HOWEVER, THE 2ND CARD FOR MY SON THAT CAME HAS A WRONG NAME. HIS LIVES WITH ME AND HIS NAME IS WALTER R AS I HAD STATED. THE CARD CAME AS WALTER. PLEASE SEND ME ADD’L CARD WITH THE CORRECT NAME

  6. My husband died in August 2010. You have been notified of that SEVERAL times but you still send the bill and registration in his name. I never took his name after we were married. The roadside coverage does nothing for me. I know from experience. You don’t have me on it even though I have made the payments for two years. Couldn’t get help when I locked my keys in my car. If you can’t get this corrected, cancel the coverage.

  7. I renewed my roadside assistance on line on Jan. 27 and nothing is showing that you took it out of my checking account. Can you please let me know what is going on. I would like to renew this and it was for $45.00. Thanks. Arlene Wisenfelder.

  8. You guys need to hire phone employees that can speak and understand English. I hate to even call AARP RS assistance because something gets screwed up every time. If a change is not made, I’m going with another company.

  9. been fighting with you for several years to cancell this assistance and every year you take out of my checking the fee again when will you understand to permanently cancel

  10. On July 9th 2015 I requested renewal of my AARP Roadside Service.

Payment was to be made by my Bank of America Visa credit card; to date I have

not received any confirmation of receipt. I have been an AARP member since 1987.

Please confirm that my payment was made and mail me the necessary roadside card.

  11. on Sunday sept 6th 2015 I called for roadside assistance and was told someone would be there the next morning to help us and I would get a text confirming this and who would be coming well no one showed up and no call or message so we had to do something else so I am thinking about other insurance since you can’t be counted on what a rip off my husband isn’t in good health and this was totally crap I hope you do better for someone else. you weren’t there for us!

  12. Do not use this service….After waiting for 45 minutes I was told that there were was no service for the area I was located in. I had to call them back only to find out that no service was available in my area.

So as I say do not waste your money on a service that cannot provide the service you pay for…

  13. I sent a check in for renewing my roadside insurance. It was cashed and endorsement stamp showed by AARPAllstate roadsise service. This was sent in April 5th, 2014. I got a bill later and sent in a copy of my check, front and back and never heard anything more. 7/11/14 I locked my keys inb th car and call roadside service. They said I was no longer a member. I explained, but no way. Although I have been a member since 1991 I received no consideration. I bank on line so cannot get check check informationm, other than my bank statement and my ledger I keep when I write checks in my chdeckbook. What do I have to do to prove that you cashed my check and still gave no credit for my membership????? This is crazy!!!! Roger
