Hello, I have been waiting for over a week now for GiffGaff to resolve a problem using my iPhone 5. I cannot phone out on it I can get incoming calls but not outgoing, GiffGaf cannot or won’t fix it and they ignore me when I ask for my money back, very very dissatisfied with this company
