Regional Acceptance - I am a new customer and I would like the customer
I am a new customer and I would like the customer service number so that I may talk to a human not a recording. I fill this is bad business when you cant talk to a human. Ive been waiting for a payment book which I yet have not received. I do not want automatic payments out of my account. I will be making my first payment by mail as I have not received the promised payment book on the 15th.

Regional Acceptance customer service phone is a joke. It is very hard to communicate with and there are questionable questions I feel unneeded just to speak with a rep. Why do I need to put my last 4 SS numbers then later asked to put in my full number if not needed just to speak to a rep? Then if I don't give the info you hang up. It's not very service friendly!

first I had so much trouble locating your phone number and when I ,did I tried to communicate with you but instead you kept asking me for confidential information over an automated phone service. Very bad protocole that does not benefit your customer who wants your help!!!

why are so many American Companies like Regional and/or their Affiliates making certain they have no personal human contact with their consumers ................................. Will it take China and the rest of the world to NOW take up the previlege of better serving American consumers ... like they've done with the Automobile businesses--before Americans can at least appear to be getting some attention with reference to simple help from a company that makes sure it gets even more then their share of the profits they make off Americns ... I just want to speak with a human, I am just saying, HELP ME PLEASE????????????????????????????????

This support center for taking inbound calls,needs customer relationship training.Inbound call representatives are very rude.Wake up and treat your customers with the respect we deserve. I'm not asking for this to happen I demand it as a paying customer!!!!!
As of yet you do not deserve to be on the customers rating system.We as customers demand you start firing any inbound call representatives who does not represent your company well.

I never had to much of a problem with this company. i am staight forward for I like to get done. I know how to deal with rude people I just do not stoop to their level. I do not entertain them went it comes to business.!
Regional Acceptance Corporation is a poor business
Regional Acceptance Corporation is a poor business for car loans they repo my vehicle when trying to make payments and auctioned it off for 8, 583 don't have that kind of money to pay off struggling myself and can't call them they are very rude to you over the phone. Going to contact Attorney General plus the car was damaged on the hood with hail damage and dents, cracks, bumper bad in back and wouldn't fix it said it would cost $5000 and warranty wouldn't cover it!

You better never let them repo you vehicle between them and auction my whole stereo system was stolen regional told me they had my stereo which cost over 2000.00 and they would send it to me they did over a month later with no hook-ups a paper weight basically this ain't half of it regional said give them recipes for speakers and custom box they would reimburse me they begged me not to get a lawyer i didn't now they won't return any calls emails if something like this happens to you get a lawyer

This has got to be the worst company I have ever done Business with. They have taken double payments, charged me for their error. I paid my vehicle in full over 30 days ago because I could not stand dealing with them any longer and I still have yet to receive the title, and the account still shows on my credit report. Rude customer service every time I spoke to them. When my father died and I missed a payment by 2 days, the ladies were very rude. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

I have been trying to transfer my title from Florida to New Hampshire since October 21st. I started by registering or trying to but I need to have the title transfered and be a NH title. I called on Nov 5th to follow up only to be told that you do not accept written request and I had to go through My Title Support. I paid the State of NH $25 dollars and now you told me that I have to pay an additional $36 to do it your way. I did this on Nov 7th and as of today there has not been any progress with My Title support. It is still in their hands as if the request has not gone out to Regional Acceptance to process and send to them so that they can send it to New Hampshire so that I can register my vehicle. Without a NH title I cannot register in NH so in the mean time I am still making payments on time or even early. I have not ever had to make a late payment but I cannot register my vehicle and drive it to work which may I point out that if I don't work you do not get a payment. I really need to get this resolved or I won't have a job and then you as a company will not be happy with me!
