When considering purchasing a Harley-Davidson motorcycle or products, it’s helpful to review customer service feedback. Harley-Davidson competes with other motorcycle brands such as Indian Motorcycle, BMW Motorrad, and Honda Motorcycles. Customer reviews often highlight the quality, performance, and iconic style of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, which are well-loved by enthusiasts for their powerful engines and customizability. Many customers appreciate the brand’s extensive dealer network and the variety of models available, catering to different riding preferences. However, some complaints focus on issues related to motorcycle maintenance, the cost of repairs, and the responsiveness of customer support, particularly when dealing with warranty claims or part availability.
Comparing Harley-Davidson with other motorcycle brands like KTM, Kawasaki, and Honda Motorcycles can help you determine which brand offers the best combination of performance, style, and customer support for your riding needs.

July 9, 2015

I have a 05 sportster 1200 custom Lehman trike that has been to Battlefield Harley in Gettysburg since I bought it. All the extra they have installed. They replaced the starter/run switch and installed a new battery [ old one they installed 3 yrs ago] Since then I got only 30 min run time before it blows master fuse. it has been in shop twice and they said they found problem , [ bad fuse –60.00 plus hundred for tow.spent 2 wks because of 4th of July, found pinched wire replace fuse 80,00. ] I got it back and now I can’t 5 min. had it towed to back and now they don’t know when they can get to it because it is bike week Yes I know it is bike week. I will still be here after the visitors leave. and since you “fixed it” twice maybe you should give it attention now

Have a 2008 Harley FLHX. only has about 5,000 miles on it. All four fairing supports are broken which caused a board in the radio to crack. Also told that I have to replace the two handlebar bolts since the original ones hit the radio causing a ground out. I understand Harley Davidson is aware of these particular problems but failed to address this problem through a recall or even some type of communication warning of the problem. Between getting the radio repaired, replacing all four fairing supports, and the two handlebar bolts I am out over $370.00. That is if I can do the labor myself.
