JCPenney Orders Did Not Arrive
December 23, 2016
Ordered 3 Christmas presents Dec. 7. Email confirmation on 11th saying they were shipped. The 20th I called and was told only 1 was sent, they credited my account for other 2. Never did they let me know, so now am out 2 gifts. Probably 3, since it’s the 23rd and it isn’t here. Penney cannot even even track it. These don’t know where it is.

JCPenney Customer service sucks and so does their whole operating system… that’s the truth. no other word to describe them. I bought a fridge 3 weeks ago and it has not been delivered, have spoken to store manager, appliance manager, no one seems to be able to help. I received a bill from JCPenney credit card but no fridge.. I will be at store tomorrow getting refund. When you call you get transferred nothing like spending hours on phone to be transferred from one department to the next.

For the second time in less than six months, I went to your store to purchase sneakers. I did so and for the second time the plastic detector was left on the sneakers. I don’t know if you don’t teach your associates to take them off but this is so annoying and because of such I will NOT be buying my sneakers from your establishment anymore.
