Asurion worst customer service ever

The worst service I have ever had. 2 hours being transferred 6 times. Never got any help. I want my tech service canceled now. Love my phone service. Do not want any other services from tech services. Incompetent information from customer support reps. please cancel my service or I will go elsewhere. I’ve been a customer for many years and am very disappointed.

I Hate Asurion

I hate Asurion. Their call agents are rude!!!!!! Because I stated I did not have an alternate contact number to place on file, the rep cold transferred me to Verizon’s automated system. Not only did I have to call Asurion back and start the process over. The manager I requested to speak to defended the employee stating she could not take sides. What happened to make paying customers feel appreciated?

I am not happy with them right now either. Just filed a claim over the weekend. The phone came quickly but it was inferior. I realize it was a basic model . But what they sent had problems right from the start. A widget was put on the screen accidentally and no matter what you did it could not be removed. Took it to the phone store not only could they not remove it (3 people tried) but the screen kept freezing up. So another claim and now I wait for my new refurbished phone.I have one more year on my contract and then I am through . No more insurance plan for me!!!!!! Even simple type phones are inferior or ones that no one wants because they suck!!!!

hi just a quick comment, while driving, a fly came into my driver side window, had my samsung mega in my left hand, finaly got tired of the fly and tryed to shoo it out with the same hand i was holding my phone SHOOFLY, I SAID SHOOING IT OUT, watched the fly take my 600 dollar phone with it, and seconds later an F150 ran it right over!!!! However, filed a claim with these people, was sent a phone that was on a negative file and cannot be used, whatever that means, was told it could take up to 24 hrs to fix, went to metro store, thay said it was still on the negaitive file, called back assurion, rep said its still on the negative file and ill half to wait a little longer, next day called back was told by a rep that it was no longer on the negative file and that he was going to help me, WRONG!!!!he just hung up on me and when i tryed to call him back, could’nt get anyone on the line,, today called back talked to rep carl, told him i had enough of this!!, he told me that ” well its now been 48 hours, so we half to make sure we fix it.. I explained im not going to hold, and i dnt want the automated system, so he stayed on the line with me the hole time while he contacted the customer support, GOT THEM ON THE LINE FOR ME, and it was finished!!!!, SO ALL IN ALL carl from assurion and lucy from customer support was able to get it done, as for the rest of their employees, they would want to pay attention to how they treat people because what comes around gos around, believe that jerkes!!!
