i spoke to your technical support group on Sunday and Tuesday. they were no able to help me. On Tuesday's call your rep wanted to check with a supervisor (who wasn't available). she said a supervisor would call me that day or the next day I'm still waiting for their call.

8/30/2014 AT&T Universal Card - I have been a Charter Member with a Platinum Card
I have been a Charter Member with a Platinum Card for over 23 years. I just received a notice that my card is canceled due to lack of use. No warning ahead of time; just the notice that they are sorry "we aren't the right fit". So I call to see if I can get reactivated and told he's not sure if they can reactivate!! So, then he tells me he needs information which of course turns out to be all my personal info again which he had right in front of him!! By the way, he was answering overseas. He was very nice but I wasn't going to give him the info and I asked for his supervisor. She tells me the same thing. I said they can keep their card. So then I call to get my ThankYou Points like the 2nd letter I received told me to do before October 17th and they tell me I don't have any points (odd since I never turned in before) and he can't give them to me because my card is not active!! In this day and age that we are constantly told not to give info over the phone. Company rating? At one time 5 stars but as of now O. I do believe the biggest problem was that I always paid my bill on time therefore, you didn't receive any interest. This had better not effect my near perfect credit score!!

I have called your stupid answer service numerous times only to be told":we are experiencing high level of calls..goodbye" after pushing buttons for 10 minutes.
HOW RUDE!

I spend too much money with you people to be hung up on..Check my account.

2/5/2013 AT&T Universal Card - I received my at & at Universal Card statement on
I received my at & at Universal Card statement on January 7, 2013. due by 1/23/13,amount due $24.35. I called because I had paid November' bill ,2012 for 7.95 andI
mailed a copy of my bank statement showing this check had been processed and cleared the bank on 11/13/12 check # 8111. I mailed a check on 1/7/13 for December and January
for 16.40, which was for December,2012 and January 2013. The check included .50 for the
late charge for December, 2012. I also, called and talked to one of your representative,
Joseph in the Phillipine and I could not understand his language so I talked with a person, Dominic, and I was cleared of the late charge and I was informed that this check would cover December and January and I would receive another statement in Febrary.
My problem is the statement I received still has all charges and plus $15.50 fee and the new balance is $31.40, which is incorrect!!!!! I only owe 7.95 for February, 2013 and
I hope this can be resolved ASAP. If you will check I have always paid my account and I have been with this company over 10 years. I will be checking for an answer.

8/7/2011 AT&T Universal Card - Yesterday I canceled my ATT Universal Master Card.
Yesterday I canceled my ATT Universal Master Card. I received an email today telling me it was indeed canceled & was directed to another website for proof of cancellation which I could not get into.
Will you please send me my cancellation notice by regular US mail ASAP. I want this notice for my records. Thank you for your help.

1/18/2011 AT&T Universal Card - I have not received my statement for the period
I have not received my statement for the period ended 1/10/2011. When calling your telephone number today I spoke with a man who I did not understand what he was saying. He was checking on why I did not receive my statement by mail as I have done all of these years and he was taling at lenght to someone in his office in spanish and would not come back on the phone to me. I WANT MY BILL MAILED TO ME AS IT HAS BEEN ALL OF THESE YEARS. If I cannot recive assistance when calling you the best thing for me is SHOULD I CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD. In order to pay you I need a Statement.
