Boston Proper offers online returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date for eligible items. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original, saleable condition and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include original tags. Swimwear must also have the hygienic liner intact.
Like-item exchanges for the same style in a different size or color may be free. For returns, a return postage charge may be deducted from the refund. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, and clearance items marked Final Sale, altered items, gift cards, e-gift cards, and some Brands We Love Marketplace items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
